VISITING & ORDERING
Are you open yet?
Not yet! We’re getting Big Smoke Co. ready for Hazlehurst. Follow our progress on Facebook for updates and our opening announcement.
What will your hours be?
Once we open, our hours will be Thursday–Saturday, 11 AM–7 PM. We’ll be closed Sunday–Wednesday.
How do I order when you open?
We’ll offer drive-thru and walk-up service. Come by, place your order, and take your BBQ to go.
Will you take call-in orders?
We won’t be taking call-in orders at opening. Please order at our drive-thru or walk-up window.

MEAT & CAKE PREORDERS
Can I preorder a whole butt or rack of ribs?
Yes! Whole-meat orders require at least 24 hours’ notice. Contact us to discuss your order and confirm the details.
Can I preorder a half or whole cake?
Yes! Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake is $12 for a half cake or $24 for a whole cake. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Individual slices are $1. Contact us to arrange your cake order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App.
Is there a charge for paying by card?
Card payments include an additional 3% charge. This applies to both debit and credit cards.

CATERING
Do you offer catering?
Yes! From family gatherings to church events and company meals, we’d love to help feed your crowd. Tell us about your event and request a quote.
How do I get a catering quote?
Complete the request form with your event date, location, estimated guest count, and food preferences. We’ll get in touch to discuss the details and prepare your quote.
Can I request pickup, delivery, or on-site catering?
Yes. Choose your preferred service in the form, or select “Not sure yet.” We’ll confirm availability and service details with your quote. Additional delivery costs may apply.
Can you help me choose the food?
Absolutely. Tell us how many folks you’re feeding and which meats and sides you have in mind. We’ll help put together a meal that fits your event.
Does submitting the form book my event?
The form is a quote request. We’ll contact you to discuss availability, pricing, and booking details before arrangements are confirmed.
